Today was training with Ed at the Foundry. John challanged him to a bat hang, so I thought I'd give it a try too - managed to hold it for a second cool, then fell off - Ed caught me!!!  

Had a go at the 7a top rope the age group above did as their hardest route - had to unclip all the way (they didn't they did it as a free hang). Nearly made it to the top. Would have scored 90 points and come 3rd on the route! Not bad! cool

Generally a very good training session.
